All first assessment sessions are £50
Sessions will last at least an hour which will involve watching you with your horse so that Suzanne can evaluate both of you. This will help her find the core of the problem or levels of experience to give her a starting block to work from.
Subsequent general (non problem solving) sessions are £30
Sessions are approximately an hour long depending on the work being done and the fitness level of the horse and rider. As Suzanne likes to end each session on a positive note for all concerned she may end under the hour, but won’t finish in the middle of a task just because the hour is reached. Please allow more than an hour for the session and debrief.
Suzanne will also be available free of charge to give help over the phone in-between sessions.
problem solving sessions will vary depending on the problem. Please call Suzanne to discuss the issues and she will be able to give you a quote then.
loading problems- prices will vary depending on the level of the problem. Any issue that can be solved in one session; this will involve working with horse and handler until the horse loads without issue repeatedly- cost £150 (includes the initial £50 assessment fee and any call back sessions, although Suzanne has never had any call backs).
Showing- If Suzanne trains you and your horse, she may be available to assist you at shows to help with preparation and ring craft training. Please call for details and a quote.
Travel costs- under 10miles of DN1 is free. Over ten miles charged at 40pence per mile.
Cancellations- a minimum of 24hrs notice must be given for cancellation of a session, or full fee is still chargeable. Booking a session is considered acceptance of this condition and no exception is made.
All fees are payable in cash at the start of the session. Booking a session is considered acceptance of this condition and no exception is made.
